Welcome to Howell Eric, Harris, and Spencer

Denver, CO (May 16, 2022)– Howell Construction is pleased to announce the recent addition of three key members to our team.

Eric Walker joins the company as a Field Engineer. Eric brings a strong background working on high-end residential projects in the Crested Butte area. His knowledge of the finishes typical of those projects will be an asset to Howell’s corporate interiors sector. Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.

Harris Mills joins Howell as an Assistant Project Manager. Harris’ experience includes working for larger regional and national contractors on projects ranging from luxury apartments, to K-12 education, to manufacturing. Harris has a Masters of Engineering in Construction Engineering Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.

Spencer DeRoeck joins Howell as a Project Manager, focusing on the firm’s healthcare sector projects. Spencer is a LEED Accredited Professional (v4 Building Design & Construction) and an ASHE Certified Healthcare Physical Environment Worker. His background includes work for large, national contractors on healthcare projects along the Front Range. Spencer earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
