Silicon Valley Bank Renovation
Denver, CO (01/05/21) – Howell Construction recently completed Silicon Valley Bank’s Denver interiors renovation. The 2nd generation space on the 16th floor of the Tabor Center was built on an accelerated timeframe consisting of a 21-week construction schedule. The project scope included: conference room areas, huddle rooms, open-office work space, training room, breakrooms, kitchenette/bar areas, wellness room, and a game room. All these areas were modified with an upgrade of high-end design finishes, including custom millwork, acoustic paneling, specialty ceiling elements, polished concrete floors, Muraflex office fronts and operable partitions.
