Residence Inn by Marriott Ribbon Cutting
Denver, CO (February 7, 2024) – Howell Construction joined the Arvada City Council, Mayor Lauren Simpson, Raymond Management Company, Trammel Crow Company, and the Residence Inn team to celebrate the completion of the gorgeous Arvada Residence Inn by Marriott. Designed by Gary Brink & Associates, the four-story hotel features 128 guest rooms, each with full kitchens, a swimming pool, dining area, commercial kitchen, fitness center, and meeting facilities.
The hotel is located at the northwest corner of the Arvada Olde Town Transit-Oriented Development site, on the location of the former RTD parking lot. The ribbon cutting ceremony featured speeches from the development teams, City Council representatives, and the Mayor.

Howell’s team worked extended hours to accommodate the hotel opening schedule, and the Residence Inn was opened to guests in January.
