Howell Promotes Nate
Denver, CO (January 23, 2023) – Howell Construction is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Nate Holst from Senior Superintendent to General Superintendent.
Nate has 28 years of construction industry experience and joined the Howell team three years ago. In his time with Howell, Nate has implemented advanced job site processes and procedures, helping to take Howell’s standards to the next level.
“In his time with the company, Nate has contributed to job site efficiency with innovative procedures. In this new role, he’ll be able to expand his influence and help ensure we deliver on our promise of Always Great Performance,” said Todd Johnston, Operations Manager at Howell Construction.
Nate’s ability to handle complex job sites and coordinate multiple trade partners has been pivotal for the Howell team. He can walk onto a job site, analyze the schedule, and understand how to structure the work and resources to meet the scheduled completion date. In his new role, Nate will develop this capability across the company’s field forces.
