Howell Promotes Katie & Jennifer
Denver, CO (January 23, 2023) – Howell Construction is pleased to announce the recent promotion of two key members of our preconstruction / estimating team to Senior Estimator.
Katie Barlea joined Howell in 2006 as an Estimator / Project Manager. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering and has over 25 years of industry experience. In her new role, Katie will focus on developing the skill sets of the entire estimating team to ensure even the most complex projects are completed with pricing estimate accuracy.
Jennifer Lynn-Fragale joined Howell’s estimating team in 2017 and has over 30 years of experience working in the commercial construction industry. Jennifer earned her bachelor of science in construction management from Westwood College. In her new role, Jennifer will focus on organizing work flow, quality control, and personnel development.
