Howell Construction Welcomes Lauren Spalinger to the Team
Howell Construction is pleased to announce that Lauren Spalinger has joined the company as Director of Accounting and Finance. With more than a decade of financial leadership experience in the AEC industry, Lauren brings a proven track record and will play a key role in strengthening Howell’s operations and continued delivery of exceptional projects.
A graduate of Messiah University, Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and brings extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and accounting operations. She previously served as Controller for a local general contractor, where she led financial operations – ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.
In her role as Director of Accounting and Finance, Lauren will lead the company’s finance and accounting functions, partner closely with the construction operations team, and set the strategic direction needed to scale these areas of the business in step with the company’s continued growth. With a track record of identifying process improvements to drive greater efficiency, and building disciplined, high-performing teams, Lauren will help further strengthen Howell’s accounting function.
