Clark’s Market – Lowry
Denver, CO (August 24, 2023) – Howell Construction recently joined in the celebration of the newly completed Clark’s Market – Lowry location. Howell provided core and shell construction as well as interior finish out construction on the stunning new grocery space. Located at the Exchange at Boulevard One in Denver, Clark’s Market is a 25,000 SF, custom-built grocery space featuring natural, organic, and gourmet products.
“Close coordination with our clients, Confluent Development, Clark’s Market, and the design team was key to our ability to deliver such a gorgeous space,” said Kylar DeLuca, Howell Construction Project Manager. “Our team is so proud of the outcome.”
Clark’s serves as the anchor tenant of the 175,000 SF Boulevard One mixed-use development. The project broke ground in February 2022 and was completed on schedule for the soft opening earlier this month. This location marks Clark’s ninth store and their first in the Denver metro area.
