The Ritz Carlton – Lobby & Meeting Rooms
The Ritz Carlton Denver renovation project included new finishes and a remodel of the lobby and meeting rooms. The project was built in multiple phases while fully operational. Howell was successful in completing the project while maintaining the Ritz “Gold Standards” for customer experience.
Project scope included: new custom light fixtures and lighting controls, painting ceilings and walls, new electrical devices, new millwork, new wall coverings, new carpet, coordinating with vendor owners, creating a new lobby lounge in an existing un-used space off elevator lobby, and furnishing and installing a new revolving door.
