IHS Markit – Office Consolidation
Howell completed IHS Markit’s 72,000 square-foot office consolidation project located in Englewood, Colorado. The London-headquartered global information provider consolidated offices to bring their employees together in a freshly renovated space. The unique architectural design added interest to the transformed office. The project consists of restroom enlargements and refreshers, the creation of additional open office space accented by focus rooms, huddle rooms, medium to large conference rooms, and a large community café where employees can congregate over coffee and snacks.
