Concentric Agriculture – Corporate Headquarters
Concentric created their U.S. headquarters in Centennial, Colorado in early 2018. This 1st generation space included a combination of both private and open office space, training and huddle rooms, employee break rooms, warehouse space, conference room areas, kitchenette/bar areas, locker rooms and the CEO’s personal office. Throughout the space you will see high-end finishes including custom millwork, wood paneling, specialty ceilings, stained/polished concrete floors, a breathe wall and DIRTT wall partitions. This modern space provided employees with areas that fuel collaboration and promote company culture.
Upon award, Howell worked closely with IA Interior Architects and Concentric to provide real-time cost analysis to ensure the project budget was met. Through a collaborative value engineering process, the team was able to provide various solutions that met cost requirements while ensuring the design intent.
