Arapahoe County – Lima Plaza Tenant Improvement
The Englewood Arapahoe County Public Works building required an interior refresh, and Howell Construction was selected for the job. The scope of work included the addition of meeting and conference rooms, HVAC modifications, fire sprinkler system updates, and the installation of new power provisions to support the renovated space.
