Healthcare Project Manager

Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Deliver successful healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls
- Manage projects and lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities
- Communicate effectively with owners, architects and engineers
- Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care
- Support of the preconstruction team
- Support business development efforts including RFP responses and client interviews in the healthcare sector
- Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety requirements (ILSM)
Who are You?
You should possess the following qualifications for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience required
- Proven experience with:
- Hospital renovations and expansions
- Work in occupied/active healthcare environments
- Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments
- Ability to support and grow healthcare client relationships and business development efforts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good client management skills and ability to lead teams through the preconstruction and construction process, especially with healthcare systems and facility teams
- Bluebeam experience/capability desired
- Procore experience/capability desired
