Howell Construction Completes Agility Recovery’s Corporate Headquarters
Denver, CO (November 10, 2017) – Howell Construction recently completed Agility Recovery’s corporate headquarters in Denver, CO. Agility Recovery provides emergency recovery support and equipment within 48 hours of any natural disaster in North America. With this new facility, Agility has been able to keep up with growth demands by adding more than 100 employees to its local staff.
The scope of this project included full build-out of 40,000 square feet of 1st generation space consisting of CEO office, private offices, huddle rooms, open office space, training room, breakroom/bar, conference room, library, and MDF room. Agility has moved into a spectacular space designed by IA Architects, who specified custom millwork, wood paneling, specialty ceilings, stained/polished concrete floors, and glass DIRTT partitions.
Howell worked collaboratively with IA Architects and CBRE, successfully completing the project in 13 weeks. This fast-track delivery enabled Agility Recovery to move into their new space while accommodating their urgent growth needs to service the recent hurricane disasters along the Gulf Coast.
