New Office Building

The Behavioral Analyst Certification Board (BACB) project is a new ground up office building located in the Ken Caryl Business Park.

The new cutting edge, design BACB ground-up building has several unique features. It is environmentally conscious and includes a 70KW solar system located on the roof and adjoining car port structures. The building will be constructed on a 2-acre site and consist of slab on grade construction on the first floor. The main frame is structural composite steel. The exterior walls are constructed of structural metal stud framing and store front glazing systems. Careful design considerations were used to ensure storefront systems could be used in lieu of curtain wall systems. The exterior cladding is a combination of copper siding, stucco and stone.

The first floor of BACB includes a fitness center, call center, main entry and reception area. The second floor is dedicated to office space, including hard wall offices with full glass fronts. The third floor consists of a large training center with NanaWall that opens onto a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains.
