  • Leadership is a common denominator among high performing project teams. The strongest leadership in most organizations comes from the owners and senior managers. Howell Construction's principals will be actively involved with the planning and management of your project. We believe this level of leadership substantially impacts the success of our projects. Howell is dedicated to providing the highest level of leadership on each project and will turn down opportunities if our principals are not available to support a project or relationship.
